  • Overnight support starting at $48/hour

  • Emotional Support: Offering a non-judgmental, listening ear to help parents process the birth experience, navigate "baby blues," and build confidence in their new roles. They can also help spot early signs of postpartum depression and provide referrals to mental health professionals if needed.

  • Newborn Care Guidance: Assisting with basic baby care such as diapering, bathing, soothing techniques, and understanding newborn cues. I can also provide guidance on baby-wearing and establishing healthy sleep patterns.

About me

My journey began with a deep love for children, especially infants. I started my career as a nanny and, after five fulfilling years, chose to further my education by becoming an Early Childhood Educator. Shortly after, I welcomed my first child with very little support and was lacking the community that is so vital.

Around that same time, I discovered a passion for photography—particularly maternity and newborn photography—and later welcomed my second child.

For the past 13 years, I have had the privilege of running a photography business that I truly love. Over time, however, I felt a gentle pull toward something a little more. A yearning to help families. Many of my clients lovingly referred to me as a “baby whisperer,” often surprised by my natural ease and connection with babies. During sessions, parents would share both their struggles and their beautiful stories of support—or lack thereof—which deeply resonated with me. I became increasingly curious about what families truly need during this season of life.

With a growing desire to offer more meaningful, hands-on support, I chose to train as a doula so I could support families through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. At my core, I genuinely love caring for people and helping them feel seen, understood, and supported during one of the most transformative times in their lives.
